How to Set a Profile Picture on Joel+

Joel+ runs on the free, open-source software Ghost, which uses Gravatar to populate your profile picture. Here's how you can do that:

1. Navigate to https://gravatar.com
2. Using the same email as you used to create your account on Joel+, create an account with Gravatar.
3. Upload your desired profile picture.
4. You can ignore all the other stuff Gravatar suggests you fill out.
5. Wait. Ghost takes a while to populate the profile picture.
6. If Ghost hasn't populated your profile picture within 24 hours, double check that you used the same email address, then contact me.

I do understand that this is not the most intuitive, but this is how the developers of Ghost decided to do it.
